Are these products really natural?
Yes. Pure Natural Radiance uses the highest quality vegetable oils and butters, herbs, essentials oils and fragrance oils. If there is a item in the product that is not natural, Pure Natural Radiance will note it on the product.

Does your shampoos and body washes contain any Sulfate?
NO. Our shampoos and body washes are made from Castile based soap. It is deep cleansing without being drying. It is a wonderful alternative to using harsh drying body washes and shampoos.

How long will it take for my order to process?
Each order is made to order. Pure Natural Radiances does not store items. We make each order as it comes in.
We work diligently to have all orders processed within 48 business hours. Once our orders are processed we ship them immediatly. In addition we ship Priority via US Postal Service, making shipping more affordable and allowing orders to ship 6 days a week.

Help! I received my butter and it's too firm/too soft/gritty. Why is that?
Not all butters are created equal. There are varying degrees of firmness and softness. Shea butter tends to be somewhat soft, mango butter is firm and cocoa butter is hard. If your butter is gritty, it more than likely crystallized because of the temperature. While we try to do the best we can to make sure your butter does not get too warm during shipping, we have no control over the environment. The grit will emulsify, just like the butter does when warmed with your hands.

Are all the items hand made by Pure Natural Radiance?
All items are made by my company unless stated other wise. I plan on outsourcing some items out in the near future to better serve my clients needs.
