Shipping Information:
Minimum 1-3 business days before an order will ship. Please allow at least 5-7 days for your order to arrive. USPS Priority offers 2-3 day shipping to most places and arrival is 2-4 business days in most places. We ship as quick as possible so please plan your orders accordingly. All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Priority Mail Service. Please note: We refund shipping over payments.
Returns/Exchanges:
Because of the type of natural products we sell, we can not exchange any product that has been opened. We want you to enjoy your purchase; however, if you choose to return the merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date for a full refund minus a $2.00 restocking fee. We will not accept returns more than 7 days after the receipt date. Purchased items must be in its original condition. Please include your receipt. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Please note we do not refund return shipping fees. Cancellation of your order prior to us shipping the order a full refund will be granted.
